What a Strong Fungi!

Bursting through the Tarmac at the front of a Neighbours Drive.
What sort of Fungi could do this?
I've noticed it before, but each time I go to photograph it someone has destroyed it, possibly because it is Poisonous!!

Busy day's, working extra Hours per week, then not getting to complete Christmas wrapping; I need a Strong Guy in my life. LOL!
