Uncaged Monkeys - Manchester O2 Apollo

I bought tickets for this when they were first released - and just before it was officially announced that Tim Minchin would be on the guest list.

It was a great night, very interesting, and mindblowing too. Great Stuff! Robin Ince was the compare, Simon Singh instructed us on the enigma machines and the Bible code. Ben Goldacre was ranty about research fraud. Adam Rutherford shared a fantastic film about the Space Shuttle (soundtrack by 65daysofstatic):

The second half started with a Q&A session second half was Prof Brian Cox with Tim Minchin on piano, talking about the origins of space. (Tim was more interested in watching Brian talk)

Tim did a short set and rounded the evening off with a fantastic version of White Wine in the Sun (if you buy the mp3 from any official source, the proceeds go to the NAS) with Brian Cox on piano.
