It's been one heck of a busy year, and both MrsCyclops and I have worked very hard right up until yesterday.

We thought we deserved a little treat, so we're staying at Balbirnie House Hotel tonight, where we got married 6 1//2 years ago! Lots of great memories, great service, excellent food and fine wine (both mulled and unadulterated).

This photo is from a lovely walk in in the grounds earlier. There's a fair bit less snow than when we stayed here for Christmas 2 years ago!.

It's very nice to be a wee bit pampered!
