Welsh Cakes

Christmas is not Christmas in our house without Welsh Cakes. I stopped making mince pies years ago because my husband is the only person who eats them. These days I buy mince pies for him and then make Welsh Cakes.

My daughter has arrived home for Christmas so the house is now like Steptoe's yard!
