Christingle

Somehow I got roped into serving coffee, tea and cake for two of these.
There were fringe benefits in the form of quite a lot of cake and mince pies. Here is a shot from the serving hatch as the candles were lit.

The Christingle brings out the chills in those responsible - as the chance of a toddler dropping a flaming orange must be quite high, so the insurance policy is always checked to make sure its in date.
