Well, everything is as ready as it will ever be; the veggies are chopped and peeled; the parsnips have been parboiled and are marinading in mustard and honey; the presents are wrapped; santa's letters are written and his drinks and mince pies are waiting for him (one from the eldest who does not believe in Santa - honestly!)

So, all that is left is to wish the residents and visitors of my favourite website a very Merry Christmas. I hope the day is filled with joy and laughter and that many dreams come true - tomorrow and ever after.
