Challenging oneself

I know, I know.....

which kind of crazy fool starts a new eating plan a week before Christmas ?


working on the fact that it isn't a diet as such -it's more about an eating plan that will hopefully delay the inevitable onset of diabetes (both parents have it so its just a case of when, not if)
I'm hoping it will help me make better choices of the coming weeks of (usually) gluttony....
I'm still allowed champagne & gin so can't be all bad ;-)

Also if the Brucie Bonus is weight loss and I put off until the new year it will be another 3 weeks untill I get started and I have a date with a dressmaker for a very special frock in January :-)
