Christmas Miracle!

It's a christmas miracle! Grey-ey (no idea how to spell her name), one of our Fenton hens has laid her first egg for nearly a year! She normally only lays a couple in spring then stops, but she is the only Fenton left, and due to several other deaths in the family, she now appears to be Mr C's queen chicken. Perhaps this will mean she'll be a bit more generous with her eggs this year.
