Blue Filter

The title refers to my filter preference when I turn a color photo that was taken at dawn to black and white. The blue filter pops the light and yet leaves the silhouette I love. This lovely water tower is about as close as Seattle gets to old world structure. It has an amazing 360 degree view of the city, for the price of walking up three flights of steps!
