Road cone art

In the wake of our recent earthquakes Christchurch must have the greatest concentration of road comes anywhere. We also have good sense of humour - those who don't left after the first one!

This is our Xmas take on road cones for the festive season, with a backdrop of container art - that is an artwork printed on huge canvas and lashed to a shipping container in an attempt to disguise the fact that it is a container and that it is going to be there for quite some time as (a) we are still having significant aftershocks, producing rockfalls from which the container protects us, and (b) the actual hazard won't be mitigated in a real way for ages so this will do in the meantime
