Line up, Japanese way of life

Using my X10, handheld, for night photos and I am amazed at how clean and noise-free the images are.

These people are lined up in order to buy sweets. Usually, there is another lineup for people who wish to buy minced-beef croquettes and this lineup often stretches all around the street.

It is a way of life here in Japan, to line up patiently, sometimes for hours.
