Entry 513 - Canal run

I went to Tesco in Skipton today and decided to run home, to keep up with exercise.

Ran past the Polish airman memorial, some swans that turned around and came to say hello, along the canal path and by the Aire river.

Was 4.1 miles in total and took me 45 mins, with stopping and taking pics and a full backpack of shopping :-)
