Skull head lichen

Walked in the fabulous Culbin woods today, a massive seaside forest with lichen carpeting the floor. Eschewed the view from the tower which contained a rainbow for this Vignette/Android processed lichen. I thought it looked a bit like a skull with wild hair, think that is probably just me though
