Ted

Out for a walk in the drizzle today when I noticed local man Ted in the new shelters along the seafront in Lyme Regis looking very dapper with his pipe and Dog.
Not sure if you can see because the image is quite small on Blip but he is smiling, not at me but my 3 year old pulling at my leg as im trying to take the picture, this also got the dogs attention.
