Basje scared of fireworks

One of our cats, Basje, has found a little spot on the stairs to feel safe from the noise of the fireworks. Every New Years Eve teenagers start letting off crackers etc early in the day and that unsettles the animals.

He seems calm enough, although you can tell from his eyes that he's not 100% happy.
