Today was spent waiting ... waiting for a man in a van to arrive from Sky to fix the dish outside. Thanks to the recent gales have knocked it out of sync and left us with posh council TV (that's Freeview)

Now like anyone ... I hate being stuck in playing the waiting game. I was told 12 and 5 ... he arrived at 12.20pm ... Huzzah!

Because of the weather ... I'll need to navigate the wavy ice rivers outside ... one wrong move and I'll be like the 2 criminal masterminds from Home Alone ...

Thankfully ... I have my wellies ...
