Long walk

The first day of the year is usually a slow and quiet day, traditionally time for a stroll up the Long Walk here in Windsor for many people. But with the onset of rain this afternoon it was only a place for hardy souls with umbrellas. I managed to prise myself out of the house at 3pm for a quick look and to take this picture.
