New Beginings

Went for a run this morning in my new Ruu-Muu...looked at these exercise dresses from the States for several months and finally bit the bullet in early December...it was a Christmas present to myself:-)

Felt the bee's knees when I set off this morning in it...combined with my Flashdance, Rocky & Gloria Gaynor playlist that I have created over the last week...those tunes kicked in at the right time this morning:-)

Not been running for a few weeks...so these wee things certainly helped this morning....that & it was a great Ne'er Day to be out...dry & bright:-)
