Stamp duty

I'm a sucker for an offer. I was in the post office today sending something to a friend in Aberdeen and spotted these. I had to buy them (they were less than £4).

It's not that I'm a stamp collector. The only other stamps I have are an almost full set of Biafran stamps, which I bought off ebay more out of an interest in Biafra than in stamps.

I was a big fan of the Hammer house of horror stuff when I was a kid and quite liked the early Carry on films too.

I'll just have to find somewhere safe to keep them where they won't get lost now.
