Look At my Two Giant Veg!

Finally started rising some of the carrots and parsnips from the raised bed we used for the first time this year, I can't believe the size of some of the veg! They are not all this size my any means, but quite a lot are. We've grown carrots and parsnips by the thousand in previous years, in half an acre of sort of giant raised beds, but we didn't get veg this size! Carrots in my non-vegetarian oxtail stew, roasted parsnips for both of us, delicious!
