Green day ...

Had to be N in his green belt ...

Not the best pic but N didn't want to pose ! ...he had just finished his first sparring lesson ...my heart was in my mouth while he was fighting but he was going for it big time ...if I said in my head keep your guard up once I said it 100 times !! .. phew first lesson all over !! ...very proud of him ...

No one obviously is going to mess with him ...he took his head gear off well actually it slid off due to all the sweat on his head !!.

Aside from that been for a gorgeous massage today ...Hhhmm ..nearly fell asleep..now just need a man to do that !!...
