Looking for a needle in a haystack...

Not quite, more like looking for a spider in a leaf...
This is my mum, with a torch, looking for a spider that has lived on the bush outside our front door for about the last 6 months...

Oh and I must mention that it is pouring with rain with gail force winds (it's also pitch black, hence the torch). Not surprising really that it was impossible to find the leaf containing the spider that sadly blew away...
