Shake your pom pom

Some friends and I had a discussion about snacking.

Chips or celery.
Cookies or pomegranate.
Hot Pocket or Apple.

What it comes down to is being MINDFUL of your decision. You don't always have to chose the healthy option, but you probably should if the last 6 were unhealthy.

Mindful, mindful, mindful.
