Sammy

There are not many things like the love that a dog has for its owner. And the love that Sammy has for his mommy is quite exceptional. He is visibly unhappy if he doesn't get to sleep in her lap at night. Unless of course he is in one of his "cat" moods when he doesn't want to be bothered by anyone or anything.

Isn't it amazing how a dog loves and forgives unconditionally. You can yell at them, forget to feed them, leave them outside in the rain, or otherwise be intentionally or unintentionally mean to them. But then if you just make eye contact and smile at them, they come and give you affection like nothing ever happened.

What if people were a little more like dogs? Maybe we should be a little more quick to forget about some of the petty stuff that come between us and our loved ones.
