Rain, Pain, Gitaine

Its saturday, been out to order a new matress for the bed, this one has us aching like we are 90 years old! The weather is bad and i have a bitch of a headache that is trying to turn into a migrane.

Solution is to hand... this is my Nurofen extra, double strength, "pharmacy only" capsule looking rather lovely. Off to take it with a fag then recover enough for the fruits of our shopping... a good trash Zombie film, loads of Kettle Chips, a big bar of 70% dark chocolate and feet up :)

be great if it didnt feel like bloody winter behaviour!!!
