Ice skin

The ancient winter crone sloughs tatters of icy skin as she crosses the fields ...
I'm fascinated by the effect of wafer thin ice impaled on the frosted grass.

The quality of this photo is rubbish - seriously underlit (taken too early in the morning for my wee camera) - but I liked the weird effects, somehow!
