Dinner, or is it tea, or supper?

Whatever we call our evening meal, I do love spaghetti bolgnese.
Especially tonight as it follows at 7 mile run in the wind, with good company from Lytham St Annes Road Runners.
And the glass of wine is actually my first of 2012, after an alcohol-free New Year.
