Medicine Ring {7315.2}

It was Viking Day at Chipmunk's school today. The whole day was run by an outside group and by all accounts, it was a fantastic day! Chipmunk took part in a feast, re-enacted the Battle of Hastings (not sure where the Vikings were in that!) and generally had lots of fun.

Here he is holding a medicine pouch he made, with mint, rosemary and oils. It smells wonderful and I'm sure it's helping with my cold! He is also wearing a pewter ring that he made himself. It is embossed with Viking runes spelling out his initials, and was then polished and sized to fit. It really suits him and he's hardly taken it off since!

I have also back-blipped for yesterday - Mickey Mouse goes to the hospital!
