Why did the deer cross the creek?
To provide my blip for today, of course!

This was a consolation scene for me personally. I had just driven over to see the storm damage that occurred at the old two story farmhouse that was my childhood home. There "had been" one of the largest oak trees in the area, standing firmly in the front lawn for many years. However, the recent storm of about two weeks ago, severed the massive oak. Sad sight.
The tire swing was still in tact.

However, on the return trip, I spotted two deer crossing the creek, just could not get the camera ready in time to catch both. It was lovely!
