Triffid No More

We've been down the coast for the last 3 weeks. Before we left the Agapanthus were all Triffid-like with big bulbous heads,ready to burst forth. It was a surprise to return home and find that many are still not fully in bloom. I guess the Mountain Blippers will tell me that this is because it's been so wet and relatively cold up here while we have been enjoying warm & humid weather on the coast!
