Lightning.

My attempt at capturing the awesome force of nature. Its wrathe is strong and unpredictable with a sense of eluding presence. It takes some real patience for lightning shots. This was all I was able to get from tonights storm. A huge one struck and streamed across the sky above my head as I was pointing my camera in the horizontal direction. The initial thunderous sound was fierce with a sharp crackling strike then dissapated in a deep roar into the distance like the leader of a pride of lions would make his presence aware to all.
