Dirty Leeds tonight

Since the 1960's there has been a certain level of dislike between the rival clubs.

Mainly due to the Leeds tactic under infamous boss, Don Revie, of employing thugs throughout the team.

A win at any cost mentality that ignored sportsmanship, but brought a new level of thuggery to what the foreigners called "the beautiful game".

To have witnessed the brutality of Bremner, Giles, Madeley, Jones, Clark and Reaney was an education. To witness Norman "Bites Yer Legs" Hunter took the horror to a new and very low level.

And to think that only four years after England won the World Cup we could witness the 1970 FA Cup Final, simply beggars belief. Cat h it on You Tube!
