Happy Chappie

Despite being stuffed with the cold, Euan still has a big smile for Gran & Grandpa. We took him out for an hour today since the weather was reasonable. I always feel better in the open air when I have a cold so hopefully the same is true for Euan.
Another open field walk this morning and Rona ran her socks off again. I saw movement out of the corner of my eye, looked down and a vole ran right in front of me, nearly over my boot, before vanishing into a tiny tunnel through the grass. On the way back, I stepped on a tussock which promptly sank and I ended up with a soggy wet foot -nice!
