This Welsh poet was certainly ahead of his time when he recommended that we should all spend more time just staring at nature.

We Blippers are already doing an awful lot of that so I was delighted to hear on the fitness CD courtesy of The Observer/Guardian "How To Think Yourself Healthy" that it began with an exhortation to spend more time, well sitting and staring, or meditating to be exact except meditation tends to have a New Agey feel about it and we may not all be ready to embrace the strict regime that comes with traditional meditation.

Hence it's called Headspace.

But comes to the same thing.

This photo was taken at sunset up at our nearby reservoir except it no longer supplies us with water and its used by the local fishing club.

This is a very popular walk, especially with dog walkers.
As usual there were a couple of black Labradors leaping into the water.
