It doesn't win popularity prizes.

It isn't flash.

But I grow it and I like it. This is just the plain variety. Sometimes I have the variety with red or yellow stalks.

I do a lot with it. It's great with eggs, in frittatas, with garlic and onion or on its own. Just don't boil the hell out of it. Nothing looks or tastes good after that treatment.

I'm curious. What ways do other people enjoy it? I'm sure I've read/heard it's good with currants. Any ideas?

It's loving this summer and I'm open to new ideas.
