I Love my stone!

There's a German Beer Festival in Edinburgh.

The German approach to beer advertising is very different to ours.

We tend to concentrate on the the way it looks, the taste, the refreshment. That's obviously too literal for the Germans who seem to like communicating the love they feel for the stones over which the pure water must pass (this is me guessing here) before it ends up in your glass.

Still, if you are old enough to remember the dancing Hofmeister Bear then anything seems reasonable when it comes to beer advertising. So, why not celebrate the stones??
