Tonight Chris cooked chilli fried rice with broccolini and tofu from Bill's Everyday Asian by Bill Granger. He replaced the broccolini in the recipe with the gai lan in the fridge.

It was a really great version of fried rice, especially with sliced lime on the side.

The lime turned out to be a bit of a conversation topic.
