What a fine morning

Spent five minutes helping my neighbour this morning, as she struggled down the close with bags and baby. I got to my car at 8:35 to see this ticket, and a parking attendant speeding away on a moped. Not a good way to start the day.

On the 15 minute drive to work I saw two lollipop men and at least 5 parking attendants. Good to see the council have priorities...
