"Indonesian Spice Adventure"

That was the name of the cooking class I attended today, where we learnt about all of the spices used in Indonesian cooking. It was quite fascinating, and tasty.

On the menu tomorrow night, attempted Opor Ayam (a fragrant mild chicken curry) and Urap (a bean salad with chilli coconut dressing).
