Another sunny day :)

We waited in this morning for a plumber (don't panic, not the b***** this time, bathroom issues instead!) and a delivery so I blipped Stella in the garden.

However, by lunchtime, the plumber had called & was still unable to get the part he needs so we went off for walkies while it was still nice out :)

There's plans afoot for a new building development locally, supposedly a supermarket, petrol station and business park but I can't see how there's room where it's been proposed and one of the locals has started a Facebook campaign against it and been posting notes through our doors but we weren't sure where she lived until today when we passed a house with notices in the windows and the plans stuck on a board outside! Doubt it''s coincidence!

My only negative thought was that by the looks if it they'll be ripping out one of our beloved public footpaths but I think it will have to be re-instated as it forms part of the "Millenium Walks" that the town is proud of. If it brings more local facilities and jobs that has to good in my opinion.
