Council Meeting #2 Dinner on the go

Day 2 of Council meetings and this is my dinner! I thought I had 2 meetings but I missed a cancellation, oh week at least I can get home early.

Subject was Delivery of Housing, we had a brief from Countryside Zest, one of the major developers in Chelmsford at the moment. Asked them what the blockers were from his point of view, all I heard was a developer whining about red tape and profits.

Chelmsford is currently the pot of gold for developers due to the approval of some major development plans and the council need to make sure it is suitable for Chelmsford, so developers will just have to toe the line for now.
