The pikelet project

This year I'd like to learn how to make a great pikelet.

I made my first batch of blueberry pikelets on New Year's Day and tried again today because I was off to see my friend Melissa for morning tea. It's a Lois Daish recipe.

These ones were way better than my first effort. Having the frying pan at the right temperature seems to be one of the critical success factors.
