Car Window View

Just running a few quick errands and got this shot out the window. They are building this multistory building inches from this little pond. Seems fine. But what you don't know, and they do know, is that the multistory building behind this one was a rest home that had to be evacuated because of so much mold taking over the building it was unsafe. They eventually took all of the inside of the building out and rebuilt it. They even worked on the outside of the building. Everything they could but start over to fight the mold problem. If the problem had anything with the fact it was just a few yards from this pond that is not stopping a new building inches from it. Will they ever learn? I won't be surprised if the next one is built in the center of the pond.
