Gyoza

I went to a Japanese noodle shop. These are called 'gyoza' which are pan-fried dumplings. The filling is pork mince, cabbage and quite a lot of Chinese chives. The texture outside is crispy and the filling is aromatic with Chinese chives. I just love these.

Finally Friday... I've had an eye problem because of too much work on the computer. It's time to have some rest...
