Now to lower the tone of things?

I was looking for a book at home earlier today and found this one I purchased a long time ago? I can only image that the title was the key element in making me purchase it and also to put a smile on the faces of my children?

As I thumbed through it I notice a chapter called "Farters Anonymous: True Farting Confessions" Each confession started "My name is [????] and I'm a farter" I must admit it did make me laugh!!!
