Trees.

The photo I had intended to post was another one from the beach...but you know what I've bored myself silly with beach photos now...time for a bit of a change.

I took this photo from the car, I was hoping to capture the long shadows the trees in sunlight made but they didn't come out very well. I love B&W photography and when was film based would shot with B&W film more often than colour so being inspired by some of highonahill's recent B&W shots descided to mess about with this one. I didn't get the long shadows the trees cast but I do like how the sunlight in its strenght today made these tall majestic trees look bare and small such a contrast from normal.
