on my walk to get the papers this morning I went past the Mittagong Police Station.

Such a huge building for such a small community - this Police Station built in the 1880's is not always manned, with the major local Police Station just 5 kms down the road.

Although our history is nothing like that of the UK or Europe, there is not much left of out history, most of our classic buildings been demolished from the 60's-80's lets hope that they retain this fantastic sandstone builfding for future generations.
