The Beast

What a lovely morning with a beautiful sky and still sea. I'm choosing to upload a photo of black and white snarling beast instead as it's a better reflection of how I'm feeling.

Yesterday was a bit of a non-event. We had a visit from Lisa's folks which was nice but I wasn't really in the mood.

Les Dawson: I saw six men kicking and punching the mother-in-law. My neighbour said 'Are you going to help?' I said 'No, six should be enough!'

I'm about to take the snarling beasts (me, Brulee and Bakewell)out to Elie for a walk where I'll hopefully find some motivation
