...and relax...

Me and the big man scooted off to West Lothian's Houston House early to use up the spa voucher that the lovely mrsmac gave us for Xmas.

After a nice back rub (not a patch on my sports massages, but its actually nice not to be battered black and blue for a change), quick dip in the pool and quick trip to the steam rooms, we had a lovely lunch. Then back into therapy for a mini facial.

All in all a very relaxing experience, if not a bit odd to be sitting around in a dressing gown that only just meets in the middle...

Best bits of today - the mini snooze during the massage, the blue sky and lunch.
Worst bit of today - a detour to McArthur Glen Designer shopping centre...loads of shops, nothing to buy! How can a shopping centre carry so much tat?
