Alley in Ketchum

I went into town by foot to look around at galleries and do some drawings of some small and ordinary buildings and homes; there are many here that were built way before things got fancy. This little alley caught my eye for the disappearing space, receding telephone poles and criss-cross horizontal wires along with a big pile of snow.

We took the day off to make soup, bread, draw, walk, and will have dinner with friends from our Boise days this evening.
